Job Description

  1. Support the top management in setting the departmental chart and deliver the final approved chart to the HR team. 
  2. Follow up on maintaining, updating, and creating all the JPs and implement them to all team members. 
  3. Create, develop and follow up on implementing all the HR Polices & Procedures to maintain continuous improvement in HR processes according to the company’s strategic objectives. 
  4. Review the analysis made for the manpower plan and the staffing needs to set the recruitment plan and follow up implementing the recruitment plan. 
  5. Oversee the preparation of the PMS/KPIs forms for the newly added/changed job titles in the approved organizational chart and follow up their implementation.
  6. Oversee the recruitment plan implementation through internal transfers or external hiring to ensure that the Recruitment is implemented on time with the needed qualifications. 
  7. Review the candidates’ issued job offers to ensure that the salary scheme and benefits are aligned with the company’s grading system. 
  8. Review the issued contracts for all newly hired team members to be signed and added to the employees’ data base in addition to all the HR needed documents. 
  9. Review the monthly payroll sheets to ensure delivering the salary to the bank on time. 
  10. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  11. Ensure legal compliance with all internal & external legalities throughout human resources management.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as  HR Manager or similar role
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of local labor regulations
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • Construction, Real estates or Developer Experience is a must.
