Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solution Sales Engineer to join our team at ARC Technologies. As a Solution Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our innovative solutions in power distribution, critical power, industrial automation, and contracting and retrofitting. Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed yearly sales targets through effective lead generation and deal closures.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and proposing tailored solutions.

• Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products and services.

• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and support, collaborating with the technical team.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

• Generate new leads and opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients.

• Identify, negotiate, and secure turnkey projects, ensuring successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to the development of new products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience in technical solution sales, preferably in power distribution, critical power, industrial automation, or related sectors.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them clearly.

• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
