Product Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall product strategy, development, and marketing execution. This role involves managing the product lifecycle from conception through launch and post-launch analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving market adoption and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage product strategy and roadmap.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, and customer service) to define product requirements and specifications.

  • Oversee product development from ideation to launch.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive product awareness and adoption.

  • Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

  • Coordinate product launches and promotional events.

  • Provide training and support to the sales team.

  • Develop sales tools and materials to aid in product selling and positioning.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback.

  • Manage customer communications and act as the voice of the customer internally.

  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Analyze product performance and market data to inform decision-making.

  • Prepare regular reports on product metrics, including sales, profitability, and customer feedback.

  • Use insights to drive product improvements and marketing strategies.

  • Handle the purchasing and logistics with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.

  • Experience in one of the following fields: UPS, lighting, automation, capacitors, LV products, or LV/MV panels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
